• We bring all necessary equipment, using primarily natural/non toxic cleaners & essential oils.
• We strive to be punctual & reliable. We are in communication
if another job is running behind.
• For most people 1-2xs a month maintenance cleans are
sufficient to keep up with the house.
• Options of morning OR afternoon shifts of cleaning.
• You have the option to hire by a pre-set amount of time,
instead of by the job to fit in your budget. We focus on the
prioritized areas in the time allotted.
• We also fix appliances! Broken fridge? We can fix it AND

Pricing and Information Guide

 

 

Light/Routine clean:

- Average homes (2 bathrooms, 3+ bedrooms) can *normally* be lightly cleaned for a total of $150-$175
per clean after an initial deep clean.
- Monthly, bi weekly, or weekly scheduling available.

Here is an overview of what is included in a light, routine clean:

ALL ROOMS:

• Dust (Ceiling fans, dry-dust base boards included)
• Vacuum/mop

BATHROOMS:

• Clean toilets
• Clean sink/sink fixture
• Wipe countertop
• Wipe mirror
• Wipe Shower glass

• Clean shower (Excessive
build-up could add additional
30mins to time if difficult to
remove)
• Clean tub
• Trash, replace liner

KITCHEN:

• Wipe Countertops
• Wipe down exterior of fridge
• Wipe exterior of dishwasher
• Wipe exterior of oven
• Wipe off stove
• Wipe interior and exterior of

microwave

• Wipe out inside of sink
(Dishes can be done upon
request, but this will add
time/cost)
• Wipe tables
• Wipe range hood
• Wipe back splash
• Trash, replace liner

BEDROOMS:

• Make bed (If you lay
fresh sheets out on
bed, will change them
out, will add to time)

• Trash, replace liner

LIVING ROOM:

• Vacuum Couch (As
needed)
• Wipe side tables/coffee
tables

DEEP CLEANS:

Deep cleans are highly recommended for the initial clean for best results. This will save money on follow-up cleans in the long run.
-Average homes (2 bathrooms, 3+ bedrooms) can *normally* be deep cleaned for a total of $300-$400. If your house is VERY dirty this may increase the time. Deep cleans include:

• All of the above plus:
• Window blinds:

this is normally the most time-
consuming single-task in a deep clean. If

you want to cut down time, you can
place priority just on certain parts of the home


• Clean interior window and window sill

• Wet wipe base boards


• Clean areas that need TLC:
e.g., bad scum build-up in
shower/tub, other areas with
that require excessive
scrubbing, spot cleaning
walls, unusual areas.

ADD ONS:
• Dishes – Though not something included in a normal clean, We can add
this service upon request, just know it will add to time/cost depending
on the amount of dishes.
• Inside of fridge - can be added-on upon request, which may add
30mins-1hr of time. ($50-$100)
Fridge Condenser Coil Cleaning - $50
Refrigerator coil cleaning improves its efficiency, reduces energy
consumption, and extends its lifespan. Regular maintenance, including
cleaning the coils, can save you money on energy bills and costly
repairs.

What we don’t do:

• Organization services
• Picking-up :

A few things here and there, we may help straighten
up. However, our main focus is cleaning, not tidying. If you don’t
have time to clean the house completely before we come, its OK!
We will work around areas with excessive clutter and do what we
can. However, for most efficiency in cleaning, picking up before
hand is encouraged.
• Cleaning pet messes, or litter boxes:

Please make sure to
clean up pet messes (that’s outside of the litter box) before
our arrival. ☺
• Outdoor services
• Exterior Window cleaning:

 In a deep clean we cover the interior of
windows that are within reasonable reach. Light cleans, we may
do spot cleaning as needed. All outdoor windows are not covered
in our services.
• Plumbing/drain issues
• Laundry:

 We throw dirty sheets in the wash/dryer if you’d like,
but generally do not do other laundry.

•We DO NOT Work in homes with no AC/heat, no running water, or no electricity:

 Let your cleaner know ahead of time if one of these utilities go out and you can be rescheduled to another day.
